Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE under any and ALL circumstances

No SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS. You can REQUEST to book a WALK IN RSVP and it will be accepted within 30 minutes

(FRIDAY & SATURDAY'S I accept WALK INS please be mindful WHEN BOOKING there may be LONGER WAIT TIMES)

 

APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED BEFORE 10AM OR AFTER 6PM WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAVE A $25 FEE (REGULAR HOURS 10AM-6PM)

All lace must be brought 2 or 3 days prior to your appointment or there will be a $25 Same Day Customization Fee   

**ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED WITHIN 48 HOURS IS AUTOMATICALLY SUBJECTED TO THE SAME DAY CUSTOMIZATION FEE**

If your wig was previously installed by someone else you must send a photo showing the inside and outside of your wig already cleaned. There will be $50 reconstruction fee automatically added to your appointment 

(ONLY if I approve your wig you can book a Wig Re Install service and the total is $175 before your deposit )

Please be on time, if you're running late please inform me. If you're 20 mins late then your appointment will be canceled WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. After 10 minutes late there is a $20 late fee

All hair must be WASHED & BLOWN OUT (Oil & dandruff free). A $15 fee is automatically applied if hair isn't blown out properly. Services will be refused if you have oil in your hair.

(Your scalp will be oiled after your braid downs if you would like to bring your own OIL please feel free)
